Looking good in portraits is a combination of lighting, posing and styling. I have studied how to pose all types of women and men to look their very best. You don’t have to be a model or know what you are doing in the slightest. I will direct you every step of the way, from helping to prepare for you photo shoot with wardrobe tips, to posing every inch of you during your session. I got you!

Most sessions can be done in my home studio but yes I can certainly do your shoot at another location and/or your business. Depending on your location there may be a travel fee. Once you book your session we will have a phone consultation to plan your session. I am a planner so I never show up and shoot. We will discuss all things prior to, including your branding message, style, colors, what to wear and where you would like to use your images .

During your session we will discuss your specific needs and most clients discover they actually need more than on image. However, there is no minimum order requirement and you simply buy what you love.
I also offer from time to time a “headshot refresh” day in my studio for those clients that truly do only need an updated profile picture at this time. Those dates and details will be announced first to those on my email newsletter list and then on social media.

Yes all images are professionally retouched. I have studied under one of the best fashion/beauty retouchers in the industry and use his techniques to finesse my images. Although I pride myself on my photoshop skills I also like to keep skin looking natural with detail and texture and not plastic. I use lighting and angles to minimize the need for heavy photoshop. Having said that, my general rule is that if it is permanent (ie a mole, tattoo or scar) I will leave it unless removal is requested. I do remove distracting flyaways, minor skin blemishes and minimize the appearance of wrinkles and under eye circles.
